Product Description

There are generally two types of steel pipes used for scaffolding, one with an outer diameter of 48 mm and a wall thickness of 3.5 mm; the other with an outer diameter of 51 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. According to their location and function, they can be divided into vertical poles, horizontal poles, sweeping poles, etc. According to the Safety Technical Specifications for Fastener-type Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Building Construction JGJ 130-2011 [1]. Scaffolding steel pipes should adopt the Q235 ordinary steel pipes specified in the current national standard "Straight Seam Electric Welded Steel Pipe" GB/T13793 or "Welded Steel Pipe for Low-pressure Fluid Transportation" GB/T3091; the steel quality of the steel pipe should comply with the provisions of Q235 grade steel in the current national standard "Carbon Structural Steel" GB/T700. Scaffolding pipes should preferably use Φ48.3×3.6 steel pipes. The maximum mass of each steel pipe should not exceed 25.8 kg.
